Q: How do I choose my books?
A: You'll receive our FREE Club catalogue, about every 3 weeks (up to 18 times a year). Choose from the Featured Selection or Alternate Selections, or from a selection of recently offered titles. In addition, you can expect up to 2 special issues with super selections and more members-only discounts.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: If you want the Featured Selection, do nothing; we'll send it to you automatically. To cancel it, or order other books instead, simply accept/decline online, call (416) 977-3415 or return your Member Reply Form by the marked date. Our Web site makes membership easier than ever! You can order or decline your Featured Selections (no cards to return!), order other books online, (including items from our special interest flyers and merchandise offers). You can also check your account balance at your convenience.

Q: What's the catch?
A: There is none! You need only purchase 4 more books over the next two years at our regular low prices during your membership.

Q: How do I join?
A: Join online here. Fill out the form with your address and agree to our risk-free membership by marking the check-box next to YES. Complete the billing and shipping information, then click the CHECK OUT button to JOIN - it is that easy.

Q: What if I change my mind?
A: We guarantee your satisfaction. Your membership is risk-free. If you're not completely satisfied with your introductory package, you may return it within 15 days at our expense. Your membership will be canceled and you'll owe nothing.
