Considered one of the world’s healthiest foods, cranberries are tiny fruit that pack a big punch. These tart red cousins of blueberries can add colour to your holiday table and are packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, which helps to protect your immune system. Cranberries and cranberry juice have been known to help in the prevention of urinary tract infections (UTIs). Research also shows that cranberries can improve cardiovascular health. Try them in your favourite salad, on turkey in a homemade sauce or in a holiday-inspired punch.
