Parents looking for Easter egg hunts and other kids Easter holiday activities can head to areas north of Toronto for day trip activities or even a whole weekend of Easter fun. For kids, chocolate bunnies, eggs and other candy treats are a big part of the excitement of finding organized hunts on this spring holiday.

Easter Egg Hunt & Easter Bunny Visit: Snow Valley Resort wraps up its 60th season on the Easter Weekend. The Easter Bunny is coming to Snow Valley and the Children’s Easter Egg Hunt begins at 9 a.m. on Easter Sunday morning.

Easter Egg Hunt for Dogs: National Service Dogs has many clients, volunteers and dogs in Barrie that will be attending the Easter Egg Hunt for Dogs. Our clients and NSD dogs will be at the event to teach participants more about autism and the benefits Certified Service Dogs for Autism bring to the impacted families they serve. The event runs on March 29 at 10 a.m.

Bring your own basket. Don’t be late as the hunt begins at 1 p.m. sharp and is usually finished within a few minutes.

Gravenhurst

Downtown Gravehurst: The annual Gravenhurst Easter Egg Hunt takes place at the Muskoka Wharf on Saturday, March 30 at 11 a.m sharp. Children ages three to eight are welcome to join. The event starts at the boardwalk entrance between Due North and Applause! Toy Store.

Huronia Museum: Huronia Museum is holding its annual Glow-in-the-Dark Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30, between 1 and 3 p.m. Admission is $1 and a non-perishable food item per child. Kids will get to search in the museum for glow-in-the-dark eggs and they will receive an Easter treat as a prize.
