November is here! The whirlwind days of Fall are coming to end. The last of the leaves are hanging on as long as they can to the branches, perhaps we are too. As we get through Halloween and while there have been a few dustings (and more in some areas!) of snow, we will plan ahead for the immediate future, uncertain as it is weather wise. Any parent knows, be prepared and this time of year that means being prepared for cold or warm and having toques and mitts handy!
Santa Claus is comin’ to every town! No matter your holiday beliefs, a kid’s Christmas Holiday Tradition includes a Santa Clausparade (or more than one!). From here on in until about mid-December, you can catch a Santa Claus Parade every weekend in small cities and towns north of Toronto. Parades usually have a theme and are a great family event to attend. Some parades coincide with annual holiday tree lightings, complete with caroles and hot chocolate! You can also visit our website if you’re more in the mood for shopping, as craft shows and holiday bazaars also begin to appear in the calendar this weekend.
This weekend you can find SC Parades and Tree Lightings in –
