1 small head Romaine, chopped
2 cups (500 ml) cooked chopped chicken
4–6 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
2 tomatoes, chopped, or 1-2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup (125 ml) cheese , chopped, crumbled or grated
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Arrange each ingredient on a platter. Line them up or come up with your own pattern. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
