1. Set a poached egg atop a hash made of chopped leftover potatoes and meat.
2. Bake eggs in a nest of leftover roasted vegetables or ratatouille.
3. Dump leftover rice into a hot pan slicked with oil. Crack in an egg or two and stir-fry with leftover vegetables and a pinch of curry powder or glug of soy sauce.
4. Top a frittata with stale bread cubes to turn it into a strata. Just heat and eat.
