Grilled Cinammon Twists


2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil


1. Stir together 2 cups flour, 1 tbsp. each baking powder and sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and a pinch of salt (combine dry ingredients at home and bring them in a resealable bag to your campsite).

2. Add 3/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup oil and stir until you have a soft dough.

3. Pat out until dough is half-inch thick and cut into strips.

4. Wind around a cleaned stick and roast over hot coals until golden.

Eat warm, with jam.
