3 cups Cooked, hot linguine or favourite pasta (6 oz uncooked)
½ cup Sundried tomatoes in oil
½ cup Sliced black olives
½ Of one roasted green pepper
½ cup Feta or asiago cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp Olive oil
1. Prepare pasta as per manufacturer’s instructions, drain and place in large serving bowl.
2. In wok or frying pan, combine tomatoes, olives and peppers with torn basil and olive oil; toss until heated.
3. Fold vegetables into pasta and sprinkle with crumbled cheese.
