Superfood: Salmon

One of the healthiest foods in the world, salmon’s versatility makes it a great addition to breakfast, lunch or dinner. Wild salmon is packed with protein and Omega 3s. This powerhouse poisson is also low in mercury, high in Omega3 fatty acid DHA (which improves brain function) and is a source of vitamin D.
