Junket was a staple in hospitals years ago. Our updated version packs a protein punch!
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups silken tofu
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh ripe
strawberries or blueberries
6 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Combine in a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
