Building an Egg-cellent Weekly Meal Plan

As far as versatile, nutrition-packed ingredients go, eggs reign supreme. Name another food that can easily take centre stage in breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks—go ahead, give it a try. No? That’s what we figured. Add that eggs are also an affordable source of high-quality protein, and it’s no wonder that eggs are considered a staple in households around the world.

With this and the rising costs of groceries in mind, we set out to create a weekly meal plan built around eggs. We worked with our friends at Get Cracking to select tasty, easy egg-based recipes and complementary sides to help you feed your family without breaking the budget. Read on for seven days of five-star meals and snacks the whole family will love.
