What are galactooligosaccharides?

Your baby’s digestive health depends on a healthy gut. Galactooligosaccharides help feed the good bacteria naturally occurring in your baby’s intestinal tract and may also help them grow and thrive. They also promote softer stools, more like those of breastfed babies.

What is lutein?

This antioxidant is found in breast milk, and is concentrated in your baby’s brain and eyes. The first year of life is a critical time for brain and eye development. Until your baby starts eating solid foods such as leafy greens, corn and eggs, he can only get lutein from breast milk, Similac^® Advance^® Omega-3 & Omega-6 or Similac^® Go & Grow^® Omega-3 & Omega-6 (both original and non-GMO formulas).

What is DHA?

Like lutein, this omega-3 fat is concentrated in your baby’s brain and eyes. In fact, it supports the normal physical development of the baby’s brain and eyes.
