You’ll need:
- Large roll of clear packing tape or regular roll of packing tape layered to desired width.
- Colourful tissue confetti
- Scissors
- Stapler
- Velcro strips
Instructions:
- Cut large square of packing tape. Lay sticky side up.
- Sprinkle confetti, covering all sticky areas. Cover with second square or layer of tape.
- Fold “confetti sandwich” by bringing bottom third up, leaving top third uncovered.
- Staple sides, leaving top flap unstapled.
- Apply Velcro, matching inner top flap to outer edge.
