Seashell mobile

Remember your day
at the beach with this seashell mobile.

You’ll need:

• small Y-shaped branch
• ribbon or string, cut to
  different lengths
• assorted shells
• white glue
• scissors

Directions:

1. Glue length of ribbon or string
to the inside or back of each
shell. Let the glue dry.
2. Tie one length of ribbon to each
of the three “arms” of the branch
so it hangs level. Tie these
ribbons together at the top.
3. It is easiest to put the mobile
together while it is hanging,
such as on an overhead light.
4. When all the shells on ribbons are
dry and secure, tie each to the
branches, one at a time, at various
heights, trying to keep the
finished mobile evenly balanced.
