You’ll need:
- Different size tissue squares (cut into small medium and large sizes depending on the base size you choose)
- Wooden circle base with a hole drilled in the center
- Wooden skewer
- Liquid Watercolour paint
- Paint brushes
- Glue to secure the skewer
- Styrofoam ball
Instructions:
- Insert skewer into wooden base.
- Stack white tissue onto skewer, from largest to smallest.
- Splash tissue with liquid water colour paint.
- Top skewer with painted Styrofoam ball.
