This recipe contains natural ingredients and essential nutrients to help keep you and your family energized and healthy. Plus, they are so delicious that your family will never know that they are jam packed with fuits and veggies. No food colouring is required.
1 handful parsley
2 apples
1 handful spinach
1 cucumber
1 lemon
1-inch piece ginger
Juice all ingredients in an Omega Juicer. Stir to mix the flavors and enjoy!
