Behind the scenes of ParentsCanada’s April issue cover shoot

ParentsCanada was pleased to partner with Kids’ CBC on the contest for Canada’s Kindest Kid.  The winner, 5 year-old Na’ama Uzan from Toronto, Ontario, will be featured in the April issue of ParentsCanada magazine along with appearing on the cover.

Na’ama has run lemonade stands to raise money for finding a cure to Angelman’s Syndrome, which her brother Nadav suffers from.  She has raised $23,000 so far.

Angelman’s Syndrome is a rare neurological disability that makes it hard to walk or speak and causes frequent seizures.
