Grilled s’mores

When you’re finished cooking dinner, turn off the grill, then place a square of aluminum foil directly on it while it’s still hot. Place graham crackers on the foil, then set a thin square of dark chocolate, a marshmallow and another graham cracker on top of each one. Close the lid and leave it while you eat dinner. The residual heat should melt the chocolate and marshmallows, creating gooey s’mores for dessert.
