Towns of Oakville and Milton offer school closure programming

I’m fortunate for, at least the time being, that my daughter is not affected by teacher strikes, school closures, etc., as she attends a wonderful nursery school program in which we pay for.

Such is not the case for thousands of parents this coming Friday with the province-wide teacher day of protest taking place at all Ontario public elementary schools.

In the Halton Region, both the cities of Oakville and Milton are offering programming for kids in an effort to help familes affected by closures.
