Engaging new moms and babies through an interactive and educational weekly program.

West Toronto: Mondays from 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Smock Cafe in Roncesvalles on January 14 – March 11, Tuesdays from 11a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Swansea Town Hall on January 15 – March 5, Tuesdays from 2:30 – 4 p.m. at Retrofit Pilates on January 15 – March 5.
East Toronto: Tuesdays from 2 – 3:30 p.m. at Lil Bean ‘n Green on January 15 – March 5, Thursdays from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Lil Bean ‘n Green on January 17 – March 7.

Mom To Be Classes

Leading experts prepare and inform the pre-natal mom for pregnancy, delivery and beyond.

West Toronto: Sunday from 2:30 – 5 p.m. at SupperWorks Etobicoke on January 20.

Join us for a special event just for second time mamas-to-be! A newborn care specialist and certified sleep consultant will provide tips and tricks to help you prepare for your expanding family. And we’ll prepare four meals to get your freezer stocked up and ready for the first few weeks.
