Come join us for this one-day educational prenatal class with Doula Skyla Bradley from Blooming Bellies. She will cover topics such as:

• Preparing your birthplace
• Physiology and stages of labor
• Entering and staying in Laborland
• What to do in active labor
• Effective pushing and positions for birthing your baby
• The wise and compassionate use of drugs and epidurals
• Inductions and augmentations, making informed decisions
• Birthing by cesarean
• Welcoming your baby
• Breastfeeding
• Postpartum care and adjustments as a new family
