Breakfast Burritos

2 slices turkey sausage, browned and chopped
(any favourite breakfast meat)
½ cup egg substitute
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 whole wheat tortillas


1. Scramble eggs.

2. Place one tortilla in warm, non-stick frying pan.

3. Spoon half the scrambled egg in strip from left to right on tortilla.

4. Spread half the salsa over eggs.

5. Sprinkle with cheese and meat.

6. Slide tortilla onto cutting board.

7. Fold 5 cm of one side of shell toward middle and roll tortilla over filling.

8. Repeat and serve.
