Creamy cheesecake turns into an indulgent, ice-creamy pop that’s perfect for summer parties.
1 small cheesecake (bought or homemade), frozen
melted chocolate, for dipping or drizzling (optional)
finely chopped nuts, coconut or sprinkles, for sprinkling (optional)
Remove frozen cheesecake from the freezer and cut into wedges. (Use a sharp knife and wipe it off or run under hot water between cuts for clean slices.) As cheesecake softens, insert wooden sticks into the wide end of each wedge.
Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with nuts, coconut or sprinkles. Place back in the freezer until firm and remove from freezer just before you’re ready to serve.
Makes 8 cheesecake pops.
